Creating Hyperlink that executes Explorer from a CD

I'm building a autorun page using FrontPage. I would
like for people to click on a link that automatically
brings up windows explorer with the focus on the CD
drive. What is the command to make this happen and will
it work on Win98 - WinXP?

If it's a web site or page you want to ultimately open, why bother with opening Windows Explorer.
Have it open directly in the browser.

The autorun.inf needs to be on the CD "outside" of the web folder and needs contain this:

[AUTORUN]
shellexecute=webfoldername\index.htm
