Creating Keyboard Shortcuts

In Microsoft Word, you are able to create keyboard shortcuts. I'm wondering if there's a way to do that in Publisher 2003.

The only way to do this at the moment is by using the commercial "Shortcut
Manager for Publisher" add-in, available from
http://officeone.mvps.org/pbsctmgr/pbsctmgr.html
