Creating mail forms in excel

Hi
I am creating a request form for my website in Excel, I have imported an
e-mail button into the sheet and I want it so that when the user has
completed the sheet they clieck the mail button and all that information is
sent to my desktop. I plan to export this document in ASPX format and place
it directly on my website.

I have tested before converting to ASPX and it doesn't what do I need make
it work
