creating new publication

I can't create a new publication. For example when I try to do a calendar
and select calendar from the publication type it acts like it is going to
open, but then stops and says that publisher has encounteredf a problem and
needs to close. I send error report, but nothing changes. What can I do?

What does the error say? Click on details in the error box, is there a module or
a number error? What version Publisher?

It says it has encountered a problem and needs to close. The data details
say the the problem detected is with your installation of the product.
Repairing or reinstalling may correct it. I don't know how to repair it and
unfortunetly don't know at the moment where the program is to reinstall it is
publisher 2002. I don't understand why all of a sudden it would be a problem
with the installation. I've been using it forever.

You may need the disks to do a repair. You really should start looking for
those CDs.

Do you have a HP printer? If you select a different printer as default will
Publisher open? If this is your solution, go to the HP site and look around for
an updated driver or reinstall the driver you have.

Look for your setup CD. When you find it, Detect and Repair is found under the
