Creating user-defined field from email headers

Hello. I recently installed SpamAssassin on my mail server, and configured
it to rewrite the email headers with a few new fields. For instance, all
email now has X-Spam-Status as a field in the email headers. I would like to
show this header in my email folder views as a column, like "To" and
"Subject", etc. I assume this would be done using user-defined fields, but I
could not see any way to do it. Is this possible?

You'd have to

1) Add the field to the folder and the view.

2) Use code to process each incoming item to add the field to the individual item and set its value. To avoid security prompts, you'd need to use Redemption (http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/) to read the headers.
