Creating word template with blocked logo

Hi, I am trying to create a template in Word with my company logo.

I want to insert the logo on top corner left and the address at the bottom
corner left. But I want to block them so nobody can delete them, or copy
them, or move them in the page.

Also, I want to be able to use the rest of the page to insert text,
tables... and be able to do any modifications.

Is there someone who can help please? I managed to block the logo, but then
I can't type anything... Thanks
