I want to create a single outlook directory from approx 120 names contained

email addresses and put them into one dedicated file?

You can put the names and addresses into an Excel spreadsheet or
Comma-Separated Values file and import into Contacts. You can put them in a
Tab-Separated Values file and cut-and-paste them into a Distribution List.

Since we don't know how they appear now, since we can see what you see, it
would be difficult to tell you how to convert what you have to a tsv file.
As to cutting-and-pasting into a DL, create a new DL, click Select Members,
and paste the tsv list into the Members field.
