Critical task turns blue when completed. We track where we are and where we
where on critical path. (So we can see completion percent on critical path.)

Good point, Jan. What was I thinking? How do we keep our critical task red
when completed for percent complete from original critical path?

Hi,

First read FAQ 31 (Customizing Task Bars) on
http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm

Then:
- Before starting tracking (once you track it's too late, Project will not
remember that the task was critical) show two columns on your Gantt Chart:
Critical, and
Flag1
Copy the content of the Croitical column and copy it into Flag1
Now make a bar style based on Flag 1 as described in the FAQ.
