HI

When in the opportunity folder i try to add colum that will show me who send
email.

Also in the parent colum i only see what opportunity i link the object
(e-mail, journal entry etc..)

Any idea how i could add colum and keep it in my display??

This is Microsoft BCM, right? The Opportunity folder doesn't contain
messages. Why would you expect to see email sender addresses there?

It will help me follow_track of the activity related to an opportunity.

Righ now i saw item but i cannot know who made it or who send it??

In the parent colum i only see the name of opportunity, information i don't need since i know i am looking at it

I really need to add more colum

Since BCM isn't multiuser, didn't you create all the items in there? You can customize your view of the Opportunities folder. Just choose View, Arrange By, Current View, Customize Current View. Any field that's available on the Opportunity form can be added to the view.
