Crop fails in picture manager

When one crops a picture in Office Picture Manager it wont save unless you
are logged in as an administrator

On the taskbar, click edit pictures, click crop, Do your crop, click okay, click the
go back arrow twice to the original taskbar (getting started). Click "export
pictures"... There will be options. See if you can save the image now.

I learned elsewhere in this group that when Picture Manager is used on a
computer whose name matches the name of the logged-on user, a bug in PM
prevents you from saving any changes.
