Cube Build Error:

I am trying to rebuild my cube and I get the following error:

===== Process Completed =====
[8/31/2009 1:23 PM] Unable to initiate the cube build request. Please
ensure Project Server queuing service is running.

We recently moved DBs from Production into our Test environment and ever
since I have been getting this error. I restarted all the servers in the
Test environment. I have also made sure that Queue service is running.

How can I resolve this error?

Is the same account used for the Queue Service and the farmadmin? Ensure
that the account used for the Queue and Event services have farmadmin
privileges.

Also ensure that the account used for the Queue Service is also a member of
the Olap Administrators group.
