I have a client that when replying to emails his cursor is in the To: filed
and not in the blank portion where he should type his reply. This just
started happening yesterday and he doesn't know what he did.
He using Outlook 2003 and Word is not set as his editor. How can we change
where the cursor starts when replying to emails.
