custom actions

I want to create a rule to automatically delete attachments from email from certain people. Is this possible.

The mail from these people always includes and attachment and then when i try to reply its rejected by the server that put the attachement there to begin with

Please include the subject "custom actions" if you send me email or it will be deleted unopened
