Custom FIelds

Using the ODBC SQL Server in MS Access I haven't been successful locating the
Project Level custom fields which we have established for every project.

I believe they were set up using the Enterprise Project Outline Codes 1-12.
Can someone provide me the Table Name(s) containing the values for those
codes?

They are in a couple of tables. Try reading the pjsrvr.htm document which
comes with Project Server for details about the tables. I don't have it
available, but I am pretty sure that the information is in some tables with
"custom" in their name.
