Custom format for endnote references

Hello. Is there a way to create a custom format for endnote
references?

E.g. the default style is that endnote references in the text is
superscripted numbers. Can I change this to the following style: /1/ ,
/2/ , /3/ , ...?

You could modify this macro to do that

at end of document

' to replace the endnote reference in the body of the document with a
superscript number.
