Custom Forms

I want to create custom forms that gets involked by a selection of another
text field. In other words:

- Created a Text field that has 10 items in a drop down list
- When a selection is made, an associated Custom Form opens

Or even creating a HyperLink to invoke the Custom Form.

I don't think this is possible from a selection in a drop down list.
Possibly you could use the beforeTaskChange event to determine what is being
changed and then fire off the custom form, but it won't be that pretty.

OK...then how can I invoke a custom form. What methods are there available?
