Custom Menu with Outlook email templates

Dear All,

I am not very advanced when it comes to Outlook so please explain things in full.

I want a dropdown custom menu next to help called 'Notification Emails' and want to have in it my email templates I have created.

Could someone tell me how I can do this please?

Many Thanks

Are you capable of writing VBA code? What exactly do you mean by template -- .oft files? published forms?

Yes .oft files (email templates).

I haven't written VB in outlook before but if someone knows what code and where to put it I'm sure I can cope.

Although I thought I could do this in Outlook without code?

It is Outlook version 98 not 97 as lead in my signature.

Sorry I didn't see the version number earlier. The only customization possible in Outlook 98 is to move toolbar commands around. You cannot add your own toolbar buttons.

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/launchform.htm for alternative techniques for making forms easy to access.
