Customised Totals in Pivot Tables

I hope someone can help me with access pivot tables!

I'm trying to create a customised sub total and grand totals in a pivot
table. Instead of using the given summation functions, i.e count, avg, sum, i
would like to calculate my own formula. Is this possible??
