Customizing Outlook Today (OL2000) with XP Professional

I just added a new Dell Inspiron notebook with XP
Professional to my stable of computers and installed MS
Office 2000 on it. All (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and
Outlook)works fine except I cannot customize my Outlook
Today. Works correctly on my desktop that does not have
XP. Is this a XP thing and is there anything I can do
without having to upgrade to more current version?
