Customizing reports in Project 2002

We have an integrated master schedule with subprojects inserted. Each project
is work for various organizations. We have inserted a column in the IMS and
labeled each task an organization. We are using one resource pool for all
projects. We need a report that tells us the total work hours by month for
which organization by resource. We have a who does what when that totals
hours, but now we need to add for WHOM.

Shari,
Because you are dealing with resources, assignments and subprojects no
filter or grouping technique is applicable. The only avenue I know to
create the kind of report you want is via VBA. As it turns out, one of
our MVPs, Rod Gill, has a macro for reporting across multiple projects.
I've never used it but it sounds like it may be just what you are
looking for. To try it, go to the the following link on the MVP site:
http://www.mvps.org/project/reporting_across_multiple_projects.htm

Hope this helps.
