Dail-up Connection Window

My dail-up connection window keeps popping up even when I
am working in other programs. I cancel it and then a few
minutes later, it pops up again.

My operating system is 98SE. Thanks.

You should post this to a win98 group, but chances are there is some software that's prompting the connection. Check your running tasks (Ctrl-Alt-Del). You can disable start-up items by going to Start -> Run: msconfig. You might also have spyware.
