DAP - Data Provider cannot be Initialized

I am using DAP to display pivot charts form access databases. I am running
both the DB's and web servers on a Dell desktop machine (windows XP SP2).
When some users go to access the page, they get "Data Provider Cannot be
Initialized". Some people are unaffected by this.

I would appreciate any help.
