Dasshboard Report - How to?

Using Project 2003, trying to figure out how to do a dashboard light report
but not able to pull it up in Help or the book I have (Step By Step 2003).
How do I set up the red, green lights indicators?

Hello Karen,

Aren't you using Project Server? If you wish to display Dashboard
reports in Project Web Access (the web interface) I suggest posting your
question to the Project Server newsgroup. I am assuming you want the
stop light (red, yellow, green) to appear in PWA.
