Data Sharing with 2002

I hope I can explain this so it makes sense.

I was previously using Outlook 2000 on a Win 98 computer.

I had all my contacts entered in my Outlook Contacts. I also had other programs
(an HP faxing/all in one machine that could fax from computer) that used an
address book to send info.

In the address book on this old set up I could click on tools, then options, and
a "data sharing" box would open. This would allow me the option of "sharing
contact information between Outlook and other applications". When I checked this
option, anything I entered in my Outlook Contacts would be available in any
other address book on my system.

I now have a win XP and Outlook 2002. When I access the "address book" thru
outlook, I am unable to find this option. This means that I need to enter
contact info in Outlook, and again in the other address book.

Is there any way to activate this "data sharing" in Outlook 2002 so anything I
enter in Outlook Contacts is shared with any other address book??

Thanks in advance for any reply.

Tony
