database window

Hi,

I have a database that has all the startup thingies
disabled so that no one can get to the database window
without pressing the shift key on open.

Does anyone have any VB code that will bring up the
database window when the DB is opened without using the
shift key? (I am thinking about disabled the shift method,
and have a control only visible by administrators that
will allow you to bring up the database window).
