How do I get more than one entry to print on one page. My mailing list has 143 entries and I would like to print them out all on 1 or 2 pages to see the list. However all I can get is 143 pages with only one entry per page.

Instead of using a Letter-type merge, you need to choose "Catalog" (Word
2000 and earlier) or "Directory" (Word 2002 and above).
