"Days To-Go"

I was asked recently to provide a "Days To-Go" field. I thought I could
create a field that would look something like: %Complete<>0 and
(Duration*(1-%Complete)). Well, I get a very large number and can't seem to
get it to work. Does anyone have suggestions?

Hi,

Duration is expressed in minutes.
The good news is, use the remaining duration field.

% complete and % work complete are diffrent .

%complete = the % of "duration" complete
and
% work complete = the % of "work (hours)" complete

So to answer your question, in the equation you used, if you need the amount
of duration then use %complete and if you need the amount of work(hour) use %
work complete

Please note that you will have to manually assess the "Days to go" if some
one is asking for the elapsed days by refering the resource alander.
