DDE Server Window: EQNEDT32.EXE Application Error

When inserting a Microsoft Equation Editor object in Word 2003, I encounter
the error message--DDE Server Window: EQNEDT32.EXE Application Error. How
can I resolve the problem? Such error never occurred in Word 2002.
