deactivate office 2003

I have a 2003 office installed on a computer. I plan to give the software to
another person. This software was activated but not registered. How can I
de-activiate this installation before the next person activate? Thanks.

Uninstall the software from your computer and the person you give the
software to may need to use the telephone option to activate.
