I really want to the easier vision to try out and compare and I like to buy
the products How I can deactivate whole the small business edition and try
statndard edition of the microsoft 2003.

The products are no different - they're all 2003. You just get more apps in
Small Business - so using Standard will do nothing for you - and you can't
install Standard over Small Business Edition anyway.
