Deactivating from a laptop to put on a different laptop

I wish to deactivate office off of my laptop so that I can add it to a
different laptop.

Any suggestions?

it came from elsewhere, it would be the secondary computer for that product,
this is why I want to remove it so I can use it elsewhere if I can.
