Deafult colour of drawing lines in Word and screen dump problems

Hi,

I have 2 problems t athe moment:

1. When I am drawing lines in a word document they suddenly seem to default
to 'No Line' (rather than black) so that I can no longer see them.

Does anyone know why this suddenly happens and how I can change the default
colour back to black?

2. When performing a screen dump (ALT + PrtScrn) and pasting into Word, the
images have started showing up as a blank box with a black border.

If I right-click and go into Edit Picture, then I see the screen print, but
as soon as I return to the document, I can only see the outline border and a
blank box...

Anyone got any ideas?

Any help gratefully received!

Thanks

Thanks for your help Anne- I have resolved the issue with the line.

However I still can't copy & paste screen dumps- I have followed the
instructions in the link you sent but to no avail- is there anything else I
can do?

I'm sure it's not a case of my computer struggling to display the graphics
as my PC is very fast- I think it must be some sort of setting- any ideas?

Yes I've been through the cleanup instructions- I'm still having the same
problem though.

Interestingly when I copy a screen print (ALT + PrtScn) then go to Edit >
Special Paste in Word, I only have the option to past the image as a bitmap.
I'm sure it was just pasting the image in as a samller image file before as
the file size was very small for a document containing a large number of
screen prints.

Any other ideas?!
