deafult tabs in Publisher

I set the default tabs to .1" and allign everything the way I want. Then
either during print or reopening the file it gets automatically reset to .5".
Is there anyway to permanently set the tabs to .1" or at least lock it in
for that document? Very annoying, because it looks good on the screen and
then prints wrong.

Try this, highlight your document, format, tabs, clear all the tabs, then reset them
again. There are times when you set tabs without clearing the default tabs first you
will have the problems you are experiencing.

Thanks for the quick reply. Now, I can't seem to
highlight the whole document. When I do select all it
only highlights the current page.

If you haven't linked the pages then you will have to do one page at a time.
