Debugging Outlook

HELP! Everytime I click on Outlook my computer sends
thousands of e-mails that bounce back and fill my
mailbox. I've run the Virus Scan, I have a firewall, and
I have Spybot...everything says my computer is fine. What
can I DO????? Thanks
