decimal places

Why Publisher gives me many decimals (around ten, I did not count) while the
original data in data source (Access database table) is with 2 decimal
places? How can I make it to show only 2 decimals regardless how many in
original database?

Export your table to a CSV file, and merge from that.

My original data field was set to 2 decimal places. Is there a way to
restrict decimal places from Publisher?

This cannot be controlled on the Publisher side.
