Default e-mail program in Word?

How do you change the default e-mail program in Word from Outlook Express to
Outlook? When I send a Word documents as an attachment in Word, it chooses
Outlook Express versus Outlook.

I've done it by going to my Internet Options in the control panel, selecting
the PROGRAM tab and then selecting the new default email program.
