Default settings.

Hello,

I have one access database with program-macro. When I log as new user on
computer it works perfectly, but when I log as "old" user (we are using
roaming profiles) it dosnt work. This macro start excel and use data from
database to create sam sheets.
How can I reset default Excel, Access or complete Office settings? Or may
help delete some file?

Any of idea what can I try?
