Default Window Size

Windows keep popping open - in all programs - at varying sizes and in varying
places on the screen. I want them to always open 100% and centered on the
screen. Any suggestions would be most welcome, because I have been
researching this to no avail for weeks.

Right-click the program icon, properties, Run: select the Window size. Usually a
program will open to the size as it did when you closed it last.
