deined access to E drive can' save

I am unable to access my E drive or disc drive. I am unable to open or burn,
save any of my office documents...and continuously receive a see
administrator sign to get accrss to moveable disc drive or my CD, DVD
drive...please send any suggestions to the above email or messenger address.
