DEL Folder: Inbox ??

Outlk 2000;
went to FILE - FOLDERS;
rght-clk; EMPTY Inbox;
.. DIMMED [cannot selct to delete] ???

What am I missing?

You can only empty deleted items folder. If you are using IMAP, use Edit,
Purge Deleted
