Delay/Slow a Macro In Excel 2003

I have a spreadsheet that is populated from an outside source. I also have a
macro that formats and prints this document for me. However, when I print it
does not allow the entire spreadsheet to populate. How can I slow the print
part of the macro down to allow the rest of the spreadsheet to populate with
data?

Kara,
This code seemed to work for me. This line is set to delay execution of the
"RunMacro" sub for seven seconds.

Application.OnTime Now + TimeValue("0.00.07"), "RunMacro"
