I have an issue with a user in which she sets up mail to be delivered at a
certain date and time. When that times comes, it looks like the mail is
delivered but even though she selected save a copy in sent items.......it's
not there?
I have searched for a group of e-mails she set up. I looked in Exchange
System Manager to see if they were sent and they were but in outlook on her
system they don't show up in her sent items.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
