Delegated mailbox cannot be deleted

I was demonstrating how delegates work to a colleague and as an example
tried to open another user's folder to who I did not have permissions. That
person's mailbox displays in my folder list, but now I can't get rid of it.

Now when I try to delete it, I get a message stating "The set of folders
could not be opened. Operation failed." Is there something special I need to
do?

check for the mailbox in the following registry key
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles]

Here you'll find all your profiles configured for Outlook. Just delete the
key containing the mailbox of the user. The mailbox will be displayed with
it's X400 address.

Hope this helps!
