Delegates: sending email on behalf of somone else

Is there a way for me as a delegate to send email and not
have my information in the from box?

Outlook 2002 (XP)

I believe the Exchange administrator would need to give you Send As
permissions for that mailbox instead of Send on Behalf Of permissions.
