The nice person will take it out of their cart and put it back on the shelf
where it came from. The less considerate one will take it out their cart
and leave it on a shelf at the opposited end of the store.
None of which, of course, has anything to do with MS Office.

Thank you. You obviously do not live in South Africa. Here it is just bluntly
"borrowed".
I may sound ridiculously stupid, but I cannot delete or remove anything from
my shopping cart. I inadvertently added a product I do not want. Now I am
stuck, because I cannot download the others.
Can you help?

What web site is the shopping cart? Have you already given your credit information?
If not, bail out, delete the web site cookie.

We have no idea what site you are using so we can't tell you how to empty
your cart. Plus this has nothing to do with Office - this means you are
asking the wrong people. You need to find a customer service number for the
company who has that shopping cart and ask them.
