delete all occurances of a specific value

Is there anyway to automate a deletion of a specific value
in a spreadsheet?

e.g. I have a large table of values (1,0,5,19,10,0,0,20)
etc

I want to be able to delete all "0" values, and leave
their cell completely blank. I have tried using find and
replace, but this also removes the "0" from the "10"
and "20"

Any suggestions / help would be great

You could use a custom cell format or use Tools / Options / View / and
deselect zero values
