Delete Country/Region info

My boss has upwards of 4,000 contacts and most of them were created with
Canada in the country/region area. I woud like to make his contacts more
efficient and only make use of the country/region area if the contact is
outisde of Canada. Is there a way to automatically remove Canada from the
country/region area. If I have to do it one contact entry at a time, I won't
bother.

Version of Outlook?

use a group by country view and drag the Canadian ones to the (none) group.
if there isn't a none group, change one address yourself to make a none
group.
