Delete names from "Auto Contacts"

I am using Outlook 2002 on WIN2000

When I start an email, and type the first couple of letter of the recipiant,
Outlook brings up a few email address that start the same and are similar.

This is a major problem. These names are not in my contacts, but are simply
people who I have previously emailed.

I want to do the following:

1. Either only have this feature work for people who are in my contact or
not at all. I really just want to turn it off, or delete certian names at
will.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated and Thanks in advanced.

Turn it off by going to Tools>Options>Preferences tab> Email Options,
Advanced email options and uncheck Suggest name while completing...... Look
up Auto Complete in Help for more info.

These names are in your autocompletion cache and have no connection with
your contacts folder. See <
