deleted contact in outlook

I accidently deleted a contact in the address book. Does anyone know if
there's a way to recovering the contact. Actually it was a file folder
within the contact list. I thought that I was only deleting one contact and
the whole folder in the contact list disappeared.

Have you emptied your Deleted Items folder yet?

I don't believe so. As memory best serves me, I highlighted a name within
the file folder and hit delete. I'm not sure what you mean, have I emptied
my Deleted Items folder? Where is the deleted Item folder? thank you

Look in your folder tree for the Deleted Items folder. The stuff you're
looking for may be in there.

I'm not at the computer that I'm having the problem with but should I assume
that the "contact" that I deleted will be in the deleted folder? I was under
the impression that the deleted file holds just the mail that you want to
delete, not contacts but if what you're saying is correct, than it should be
easy, and I'll check it out tomorrow.
