Deleted email

I have deleted an email but now i need this email again, it has been deleted
from the inbox and deleted items, is it possible to find it and move it back
into my inbox?

If you have deleted the message from Deleted Items, the only way to recover
it is to restore it from your backup.

If you have an Exchange server you may have Deletd Items retention turned
on. If that's the case go to the Deleted Items folder and click Tools
| Recover Deleted Items.
Otherwise, unless you have a backup of your data file you can restore
from...no. Sorry.
